In every age there are great heroes and legends on both sides of every tale. We all hear of their great deeds and battles. They can brighten the darkest times or darken the brightest days. What drove them to their greatness? Who knows what is going on within in them? Have they committed and act of evil, that they are making up for with their deeds. What drove the darker heroes, to commit the terrible things they do.

On Krytelios sometimes a hero can burn so great with desire for the good or the bad they have done that it destroys them. Consumed with their fiery passion, they burn from the inside out turning to ash. Only to rise again from the ashes. Becoming something much greater, burning stronger, hotter and brighter. Some of the Phoenix Heroes go on to great heights acclamation. While some rise again greater, stronger and yet, it is the darkness which burns in them. For some reason with their rebirth some of the ashes made it back into their new being and slowly poison the Phoenix Hero, turning them into a Fallen Phoenix.
